PrivatBank receives over £11 million of Costs Payments including interest under English Court of Appeal Order by dn250988psv

PrivatBank has now received the full £10.9 million in costs payments which the English Court of Appeal ordered Mr Kolomoisky, Mr Bogolyubov and the six corporate defendants to pay, after the Bank succeeded on its appeal in London last month.

The sums paid include £3.4 million on account of the Bank's costs incurred at first instance and in the Court of Appeal, and the return of £7.5 million paid by the Bank to the defendants in December 2018. Including interest, the Bank has received just over £11 million in total.

The defendants' total costs liability for the first instance hearing and the appeal will be determined in due course.
