You have a free pass to LoungeKey business halls with a Mastercard Platinum card in case of a flight delay. The right to pass without a visit fee is granted to the cardholder and one guest.

How to use the service?

  1. Buy tickets and register your flight. For this you need:
    1. follow the registration link and indicate BIN (the first 6 digits of your card) - 521857;
    2. indicate the flight number and departure date;
    3. indicate your full name, e-mail and phone number;
    4. indicate the guest's details if he/she travels with you;
    5. confirm all data and receive a registration notification by e-mail.
  2. In case of a flight delay for at least an hour, you will receive an SMS on the day of departure, and e-mail with a QR code for each passenger to access the business lounge.
  3. Go to the business lounge and show the receptionist your QR code, boarding pass and passport.

What business lounges are available to visit?

Any lounges working under the LoungeKey program, but free pass is possible only if the flight is delayed by at least one hour.

Paid visits to LoungeKey halls with a Mastercard Platinum card are no longer available.

The Bank is not entitled to unilaterally amend the agreements concluded with clients, unless otherwise provided by the agreement or the law.
