Access program to business lounges worldwide regardless of airline and ticket class with Visa premium cards. The program starts on October 1, 2024.

It is enough to show the administrator the QR code from the Visa Airport Companion app or from the Visa chatbot and tell that the visit is under the DragonPass program.

  1. Sign up for the Visa chatbot using the link.
  2. Select the "Visa Travel - DragonPass" menu and add your Visa premium card.
  3. Check service availability. Expenses are checked depending on the card level. Please note that the QR code is valid for 24 hours.
  4. Get a QR code that you will need to show to the administrator.
  5. If you are accompanied by a guest, simply show your QR code and invite your guests to enter using it.

The card is debited as an online payment, so check in advance that the online payment option is activated on your card.

As proof of payment, you sign an electronic receipt, which indicates the number of visitors, the date of visiting the lounge, etc.
Be sure to check the specified number of guests.

FAQ

How to visit a business lounge with a Visa premium card of PrivatBank?

Visit any of the more than 1,300 DragonPass business lounges (a list of lounges is available in the Visa Airport Companion app), show the administrator the QR code from the Visa Airport Companion app or the Visa chatbot, present your boarding pass and be sure to mention that you visit the lounge using the DragonPass program (the lounge can work under several programs).

The administrator of the lounge will scan the QR code and provide a receipt (printed or electronic) for verification. Please check carefully the specified number of guests ("Guests" column).

Can I visit the lounge using my Visa premium card under the LoungeKey program as before?

No, starting from October 1, 2024, the conditions for access to business lounges have changed. For Visa premium cards, access is provided under the DragonPass program.

Can I visit the DragonPass Business Lounge if I don't have my Visa card with me?

Yes, of course. It is enough to show the administrator the QR code, which you can get in two ways:

  1. In the Visa Airport Companion app (iOS or Android). You have to sign up for the app with your Visa premium card.
  2. In the Visa chatbot. Sign up using the link , go to the "Visa Travel - DragonPass" section, add a Visa premium card, check the availability of the service and receive a QR code

Can my child enter the lounge for free?

Each lounge has certain age restrictions for children to enter for free. It is recommended to check using the Visa Airport Companion search engine. You can find relevant information in the "Terms" section.
