Chairperson of the Management Board of PrivatBank

Mikael Bjorknert is an experienced financial sector professional with over 25 years of expertise, who is leading PrivatBank since January 2025. Prior to this, he headed the banking business division at Swedbank, where he was responsible for the full range of banking services, including retail and corporate banking, operational processes, and digital transformation. Under his leadership, Swedbank successfully implemented several key initiatives in strategic planning and digitization.

Mr. Bjorknert is a recognized international expert in banking, having previously served as the chairman of GetSwish and Bankgirot in Sweden, as well as a board member of Nasdaq (Nordic). In addition, he led the global transaction services division at SEB Bank on both international and national levels.

He holds a master's degree from Uppsala University (Sweden), one of the country’s leading educational institutions.

Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board (Chief Finance Officer)

Larysa Chernyshova is an experienced expert with over 28 years of experience in the financial sector, who has held the position of Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board at PrivatBank since 2018. She is responsible for the bank's financial strategy, risk management, and planning. Her professional career spans roles at leading Ukrainian and international financial institutions, where she gained deep expertise in risk management and financial governance.

Mrs. Chernyshova is actively involved in developing and implementing financial planning strategies, cost control, and budgeting at PrivatBank, managing complex financial control processes and risk management. She is also the author of numerous initiatives that contribute to the development of financial stability and improvement of banking operations.

She received her education at the Kyiv State Economic University and holds an MBA degree from the International Management Institute (IMI) in Kyiv.

Member of the Management Board (Chief Compliance Officer)

Anton Razumniy is an experienced banking expert with over 20 years of leadership experience in Ukrainian and international financial institutions, including BNP Paribas Group. He has deep knowledge in the areas of compliance, risk management, anti-money laundering, operational activities, and analytics.

Since 2019, Mr. Razumniy has been working at PrivatBank, and since 2020, he has held the position of Chief Compliance Officer. In November 2022, he was appointed to the Management Board as a member responsible for compliance, where he oversees ensuring regulatory compliance and managing risks related to the anti money laundering area.

He holds a master's degree and graduated from Kharkiv National Economic University in the field of economics, which provided him with the in-depth knowledge required for effective work in the banking industry.

Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board (Chief Digital Transformation Officer)

Mariusz Kaczmarek is an IT and operations leader with 30 years of international experience in the FMCG, consulting, and banking industries. He specializes in change management, process optimization, and project management, all with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology. His expertise lies in implementing process and organizational changes that ensure continuous improvement and economic efficiency.

Mr. Kaczmarek joined PrivatBank in 2019 as COO and transitioned to the role of CIO in 2020 combing both positions till end of 2024. In 2022, at the onset of the russian invasion, he led a team of 600 IT experts in migrating the bank's IT infrastructure to the cloud. This ensured business continuity and stability, marking the largest end-to-end digital transformation in Ukraine during wartime.

His educational background includes economic studies at the Krakow University of Economics and executive education at various international institutions, including IESE Business School. This background allows him to combine practical business management knowledge with a deep understanding of technological innovations.

Member of the Management Board (Chief Corporate and SME Business Officer)

Yevhen Zaihraiev is a banker with 23 years of experience in senior positions at Ukrainian and international banking groups such as ProCredit Holding, Eurobank Group, and PKO Bank Polski Group. He specializes in creating and developing efficient systems for servicing and lending to corporate clients, micro, small and medium-sized businesses.

Mr. Zaihraiev joined PrivatBank in 2020, in 2022, he was appointed as a Member of the Management Board for Small and Medium Business and from 2024, due to the decision to develop PrivatBank's work with corporate clients, he was appointed to the position of Member of the Board for Corporate Small and Medium business. In this role, he is responsible for working with corporate clients, the agricultural sector, leasing, and merchant acquiring.

He holds a Master's degree in Banking and a diploma in Leadership and Business Management from ALBA Graduate Business School (Athens), as well as an Executive MBA from the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.

Member of the Management Board (Chief Retail Banking Officer)

Dmytro Musiienko is an experienced banking professional with 29 years of experience working in Ukrainian and international financial groups such as Societe Generale, Piraeus Bank Group, and BNP Paribas Group.

Mr. Musiienko has been with PrivatBank since 2020, and since September 2022, he has served as a Member of the Management Board responsible for Retail Business. He also manages the bank's regional network, which includes 12 macro-regional management offices and nearly 1,200 branches.

He holds an MBA from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, a Specialist diploma in Organizational Management from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, and a Specialist diploma in Economics and Management in Trade and Public Catering from the Lviv Trade and Economic Institute.

Member of the Management Board (Chief Restructuring and Recovery Officer)

Solvita Deglava is an expert with over 20 years of experience in managing non-performing loans, financial management, and business process optimization in the banking sector. She has held leadership positions at Luminor, Industra, and Reverta banks, demonstrating strong managerial skills.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Latvia and a diploma in Banking Management from the Latvian Banking College.

Until 2019, she was a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

In 2023, she was appointed as a Member of the Management Board, responsible for the restructuring and recovery of non-performing and toxic assets.

Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board (Chief Operations Officer)

Natalia Savchuk is an experienced expert with over 20 years of experience in the banking sector. She joined PrivatBank in 2025 to lead the bank's operational activities, focusing on optimizing and improving internal processes. Mrs. Savchuk manages operational matters, implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce risks in operational management.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Latvia and a diploma in Banking Management from the Latvian Banking College.
