About the LoungeKey Program
Get access to over 1,000 airport business lounges worldwide, no matter your airline or travel class. Just show your PrivatBank premium card to the lounge attendant and let them know you are using the LoungeKey program.

How to access LoungeKey business lounges

For World Black Edition
For World Elite
Cardholder visits: Enjoy 10 free LoungeKey lounge visits per year. This offer is valid if you spend at least 10,000 UAH with your World Black Edition premium card within 30+5 banking days (excluding the day of departure and 5 business days prior). If the spending minimum is not met, the entry fee is $35 per person, as set by Mastercard rules.
Guest visits: Guest visits are charged at $35 per person. The fee is charged instantly from your World Black Edition card. Please make sure that your card is enabled for online transactions.
If you exceed the 10 free visits, any subsequent visits will be charged within 30-90 days (once reports are received from LoungeKey)

Can I access LoungeKey lounges without a physical card?

World Black Edition and World Elite cardholders can access lounges via the LoungeKey mobile app.

How to do it:
1. Download the app (iOS or Android) and sign up with your card.
2. Open the app, select the ‘Digital Card’ menu, and show the displayed QR code to the lounge attendant.

With your Visa Platinum, Visa Signature, Visa Infinite Premium, or Visa Infinite Private card, you enjoy access to airport business lounges via the DragonPass program.
To enter the lounge just let the lounge attendant know you are using the DragonPass program, and show your boarding pass, passport, and the QR code from the Visa Airport Companion app or the Visa Ukraine chatbot → Visa Travel → Airport Lounges).

Why was my card charged for a LoungeKey visit after the lounge attendant confirmed it was free?

Please note that lounge attendants do not have specific information regarding visiting various lounges with cards. For all inquiries regarding the visit costs for your PrivatBank card, please contact your Personal Banker, the Concierge Service, or visit our official website. With a Mastercard Platinum card, you can only access lounges if your flight is delayed by 1 hour or more, via the FlightDelayPass program.

How can my spouse and I visit the lounge if we both have premium cards and want to use our free visits?

Show your premium cards and make sure that no guests are listed on your receipts (the ‘Guests’ field must be ‘0’.).

Why was I charged $1 if I haven’t visited a LoungeKey lounge?

When registering on the LoungeKey website or mobile app, $1 will be temporarily blocked on your card to check if it is active. The funds will be automatically unlocked within 10 days.
