The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has introduced PrivatBank’s new Supervisory Board. According to Oleksandr Danylyuk, Minister of Finance of Ukraine, the new Supervisory Board includes the Managing Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Eastern Europe Francis Malige, the Deputy Finance Minister of Ukraine Oksana Markarova, member of the Board of Directors of the EBRD from Ukraine Artem Shevalev, managing partner of Apollo Management investment company Andrea Manetta, financier and Irish financial sector reform advisor Stephen Seelig, Naftogaz commissioner for investment projects Serhiy Alekseenko, and eminent Turkish banker and author of the banking system of Turkey reforming program Engin Akcakoca.
