«Pryvit» is the program where you can find your individual promo offers with cashback and discounts from the program partners. Our algorithm analyzes your regular spendings to select the best offers personally for you.

Offers may last for any time (depending on a partner terms). All Privat24 users who have reached the age of 14 can enjoy the program.

Promo offers with cashback and discounts are available in offline and online partner stores.

What is «Pryvit» loyalty program?

«Pryvit» is the loyalty program which combines personalized discounts offered to a customer by the bank, merchants and payment systems, providing customers with lucrative promo offers for the bank cards.

How to benefit from the «Pryvit» loyalty program?

  1. Activate an offer provided by a merchant in your Privat24 via the «Pryvit» loyalty program menu.
  2. Pay for a product or a service in the merchant’s network.
  3. You should pay with any PrivatBank hryvnia card via the PrivatBank terminal network.
  4. The terms of the offer from a merchant are valid, if the following are in place: the promo validity period, minimum purchase amount, etc.

The discount amount is automatically deducted from the purchase amount at the time when the transaction is made.

If the terms are fulfilled, and the benefit is provided in the form of cashback, the cashback amount is transferred to the customer’s accumulative account as soon as the transaction is made.

What is the fee for using the «Pryvit» loyalty program?

Private individuals use the program for free.

Do all customers have the same offers?

The offers are generated by the model of recommendations. They are personalized for each customer individually based on the information about the customer's financial conduct available to the bank. So one and the same offer may be available to some customers and unavailable to others.

How to deactivate the «Pryvit» loyalty program?

The program cannot be deactivated. However, if you do not wish to use the program, you can skip it. Just do not add offers from partners to your list and discounts won’t be selected for you.

Go to Privat24 - «Pryvit» menu.

  • Click «+» on the offer card. You will see the green «✓» sign, and the offer will be available in the «Activated» tab.
  • Click on the offer card. Go to the terms of the promo and click «+ Activate» at the bottom of the screen.

How to view the activated promo offers?

The «Activated» tab contains all the current offers that you’ve activated. To see more details about an offer, click on the offer card.

Are there any limits for the number of activated offers?

No, the «Pryvit» loyalty program has no limits for the number of promo offers which you can activate and use.

Can offers be deactivated?

Click the «✓» Activated” on the screen with the full information about the offer or the «✓» sign on the main screen of the program and confirm the deactivation.
