PrivatBank transferred to the state budget the first tranche of dividends aimed at paying the shareholder of the bank - the state represented by the Ministry of Finance. As reported by the PrivatBank press service, on June 10, the bank transferred to the budget 4.5 billion UAH of dividends. The second tranche in the amount of UAH 7 billion will be transferred until the end of June.

PrivatBank will allocate UAH 11.5 billion to pay dividends to the state (90% of net profit for 2018). According to the Annual Report of the Bank, its net profit in 2018 amounted to UAH 12.8 billion. PrivatBank's net assets at the beginning of 2019 amount to UAH 278 billion, liabilities - UAH 246.5 billion, PrivatBank's capital - UAH 31.5 billion.
