By calling this number, you can:

  • Receive consultation and assistance regarding banking services.
  • Report specific difficult situations or problem cases.
  • Even propose your own changes to the bank's internal instructions and services.

PrivatBank notes that the launch of the hotline is part of systemic changes in its service approach. The main goal is to hear clients directly, better understand their real needs and challenges, so that all subsequent changes have a noticeable positive effect.

 

PrivatBank is also reviewing internal procedures and conducting additional training for its employees to ensure greater accessibility of services and prevent similar problems from arising in the future.

 

The bank asks for understanding regarding possible waiting times at the initial stage of the line's operation, as significant call volume is expected, and, if possible, to plan calls so that specialists can process each request with high quality.
