Ukraine's largest bank, PrivatBank, global digital payments leader Visa, and the legendary esports organization NAVI, announced the start of a strategic partnership during the Play. Pay. Win. event, which will result in the first financial product ecosystem in Ukraine created specifically for gamers. The cooperation will combine PrivatBank’s product expertise, Visa’s technological capabilities, and the strength of the NAVI community to form a new format of interaction with an audience for whom gaming is a part of everyday life.
The first artifact of the partnership is a collection of PrivatBank × Visa × NAVI digital skins, which are available to users in the Privat24 application. This is the start of the future ecosystem and a way to personalize one’s financial instrument according to their gaming style. The product is positioned as a "card for those who 'carry the game' and cash back" — for people who are used to winning not only in the game but also in daily financial decisions, and who seek to receive real benefits for it. Already today, users can activate 15% cashback in gaming categories, get a 30% discount on NAVI merch, and participate in prize giveaways for active use of the bank's gaming solutions, including the unique opportunity to visit the NAVI office.
Throughout 2026, the partners will expand the ecosystem and introduce a new gamer card with a personalized design, additional bonuses, integrations, and opportunities for the community. The partnership has a strategic goal — to create a comfortable and profitable ecosystem for players that organically combines financial instruments, creativity, gaming experience, and real advantages.
Separately, the partners emphasized the importance of supporting gaming as a phenomenon. Today, gaming is not just entertainment, but a way of thinking, self-expression, and communication. In the conditions of chronic stress that Ukrainians are experiencing, it is also one of the most effective ways of mental relief. The game allows one to switch attention, reduce tension, and feel a connection with like-minded people. That is why creating infrastructure for gamers became a strategic decision for PrivatBank, Visa, and NAVI.
“For PrivatBank, some of the key values are 'innovation,' 'caring for the future,' and 'stronger together.' In the 'PrivatBank-Visa-NAVI' partnership, we have combined our expertise to give the card more benefits, transform it into a gamer tool, and make the gaming process more profitable, interesting, and comfortable for all gamers in Ukraine. We want our clients to receive tangible benefits for their usual purchases in games and digital services,” comments Oksana Koniushko, Head of the Card Products Department at PrivatBank.
“For Visa, this partnership is more than just launching a new product. We are joining forces with PrivatBank and NAVI to support the dynamic development of gamer culture in Ukraine and create financial solutions that meet the needs of the young digital generation. Today, gaming is not just entertainment but an important way of mental recovery, and in conditions of constant stress, this is especially significant. Therefore, we strive to build an ecosystem that will be not just convenient, but truly useful for the community: from personalized services to new opportunities for self-expression and interaction,” noted Olena Molodtsova, Senior Marketing Manager for Visa in countries of Eastern and South-Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucasus.
“At NAVI, we are used to playing to the maximum — and we approached the launch of this card the same way. This is the first gamer card in Ukraine, created by players for players. Together with Visa and PrivatBank, we have joined forces to give fans more than just emotions: cashback on favorite services, discounts, giveaways, personalized skins. This is teamwork by brands trusted by millions. And this is just the beginning of a big game,” — Oleksiy "HAOS" Kucherov, Chief Operating Officer of NAVI.
The Play. Pay. Win. event took place in an open format without formal barriers — guests could test the NAVI gaming zone, install their own digital skins, and talk with the speakers. The format emphasized the main idea of the partnership: to be closer to the community and create products that meet the real needs of Ukrainian players.
