PrivatBank won the Red Cross Society of Ukraine open tender for choosing a banking institution to transfer financial assistance to beneficiaries of the "Ukraine: comprehensive response" project. According to the website of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, PrivatBank offered the widest network and most affordable services to the project’s beneficiaries.

In the project implementation, there are the Bank’s branches situated in the Dnipropetrovsk region, as well as in unoccupied cities and districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

“Modern technologies and the experience of the Bank's staff will allow us to do everything possible so that recipients of funds feel comfortable in the Bank and payments are made as soon as possible, – said Oleksiy Putyatin, PrivatBank Head of Payments and Transfers. – All payments and other operations within the project will be carried out without commission charged to recipients.
