A dedicated hotline available 24/7: 0 800 505 120 for veterans, military personnel, and people with disabilities to quickly resolve banking issues.

Inclusive Service

We have implemented the service for military personnel and veterans to make basic banking services more accessible when they are most needed: during medical treatment, rehabilitation or recovery. Within this service the bank provides its services on-site: in medical institutions, rehabilitation centers, Care Spaces, etc.

A special deposit program oriented on supporting defenders during the period of their transition to civilian life. Support Projects

PrivatBank implements a comprehensive ecosystem of care for veterans by facilitating social adaptation and faster return of defenders to proactive civilian life, and forming a veteran friendly environment.

Partnership with the Ministry of Veterans Affairs

In partnership with the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, PrivatBank will start the Private Finances educational program which will be available not only to veterans but also to their families. At the special camps, they will be able to improve their financial literacy skills. PrivatBank also has the commitment of opening 20 Spaces of Care.

Therapeutic Gardens

PrivatBank has supported the creation of a unique Therapeutic Garden at the Expocenter of Ukraine in Kyiv. This is the space of psychological recovery for military personnel, veterans and civilians. The project, initiated by First Lady Olena Zelenska, includes areas for gardening, adaptive sports and relaxation with over 12,000 plants to facilitate the recovery and please our five senses.

Book to the Front

In partnership with Cultural Landing and the National Bank of Ukraine, as part of the Book to the Front initiative, PrivatBank provided Ukrainian defenders with over 4,000 books on financial literacy to support their educational and social adaptation.

Forming a Culture of Gratitude

We have implemented the “Minute That Matters” initiative, by officially honoring the memory of fallen and deceased in the war at 9:00 am every day. At this time, service is suspended in branches, and the reminder appears on ATM screens and in the Privat24 application. The bank operations are not blocked but that’s our way of expressing the sign of respect.
