For the first time in Ukraine, it is now possible to pay for car parking with a smartphone via Privat24 in Lviv. PrivatBank has developed a completely new service for Ukrainian cities and now every Lviv resident or visitor can pay for parking by using mobile banking, which is safer, more convenient and faster than cash payment.

"Now Privat24 users do not need to look for cash to pay for car parking. Payment is conducted in a few seconds, and there is no need even to leave the car and pay a parking attendant, - says Yevhen Vasyltsov, PrivatBank Head of Operations with Trading Companies Business. - Our new service is not just convenient for cardholders, but also provides additional benefits for owners of parking equipment due to reduction in the cost of cash collection."

PrivatBank customers can pay for parking via Privat24 at any parking lot of “Lvivavtodor”. All they need to do is to find “Parking” in the Privat24 messenger, determine the geo position, specify the car’s license plate number and choose the parking time. After choosing the payment card for the payment, the client gets a confirmation.

Today, more than 400,000 Lviv residents actively use Privat24 and, according to bankers' forecasts, mobile banking will be installed on the smartphones of more than 600,000 inhabitants of the city by the end of the year.
