PrivatBank has opened up another simple path to investment for Ukrainians - now domestic government bonds (OVDP) can be bought and sold directly from a smartphone. A new investment section, "Bonds," has appeared in the Privat24 mobile application, where clients can buy and sell OVDP and manage their securities.

You can invest in OVDP in Privat24 starting from 1000 hryvnias. The section offers a wide selection of bonds in hryvnia, dollars, and euros, with no tax fees and no additional purchase commissions. To start, simply select the desired OVDP issue, fill in the data, and sign the documents via SmartID. Applications for purchase and sale are accepted 24/7.

The new functionality allows not only for investment but also for full control over one's portfolio: viewing securities balances, transaction history, coupon accruals, and maturity payments. Privat24 also provides the ability to sell OVDP online.

PrivatBank clients are already actively using the opportunity to support the state and earn from investments: since the beginning of 2025 alone, they have invested over UAH 21 billion in OVDP. The most popular remain six-month and one-year hryvnia bonds, as well as papers in US dollars. Most clients who receive maturity payments immediately reinvest them into new issues from the Ministry of Finance.
