As part of the charitable program "Urgent Donation 'Aid to Hospitals and Medical Facilities of Ukraine'," PrivatBank and its clients are successfully completing the current year, having provided critically important equipment totaling 5.6 million hryvnias to four hospitals in the Kharkiv, Odesa, and Vinnytsia regions, which are actively involved in treating the wounded and children.
This latest delivery of aid allowed for the equipping of surgical departments with shadowless lighting, a skull fixation system, surgical and endoscopic washers, electrosurgical equipment, and a state-of-the-art artificial intelligence-based diagnostic quality control processor.
In total, thanks to the joint efforts of PrivatBank and its clients, the annual aid under the "Urgent Donation" program reached 50 million hryvnias. This amount, of which 35 million hryvnias was the bank's contribution, helped provide critically important equipment to 33 medical institutions across Ukraine.
"This year has been very intense, and we are proud that we were able to conclude it with such a significant result, thanks to the contributions of PrivatBank clients and their matching by the bank itself. We are delighted to see our value – 'Stronger Together' – confirmed by real actions that save lives and improve the quality of medical care in Ukraine," stated Olesya Zhulynska, Head of Public Relations and Communications at the bank.
The "Urgent Donation" program is a PrivatBank initiative, supported by its clients and aimed at the urgent provision of critically important equipment and materials to medical facilities across the entire country.
The program has been extended for 2026, and everyone can become a donor.
