What is cashback?

Cashback is the reward provided in the Pryvit loyalty program after a transaction, if the transaction is made at the promo offer terms.

Who can get cashback?

All customers who subscribed to Privat Pro or United Pro, and activated the offer.

What is the maximum cashback amount?

The maximum cashback is 50% but not more than 100 UAH/month for delivery services of postal operators per each member of Privat Pro or United Pro.

Provided right after the card transaction.

For guaranteed cashback, ask the operator to split the delivery service fee and post-payment into different receipts.

For which transactions can I get cashback?

Cashback is provided for payments with a PrivatBank card for postal services during the offer validity term under the MCC: 4215, 9402 (for example, Nova Poshta, Ukrposshta, Meest, etc).

Postal operators use various MCCs depending on a transaction type. For example: payment for the delivery service is made under the 4215 MCC. But post-payment is made via an intermediary financial company and has the money transfer MCC which is not covered by logistics.

Delivery services for food and groceries do not use postal MCCs as the delivery is included in total order price or acquiring is customized for the end-seller.

To get cashback, ask the operator to split delivery and post-payment in separate receipts.

Will cashback deactivate if I switch the subscription or the subscription is reset?

Yes, you need to activate cashback again.

Can my cashback accumulate if the subscription is prolonged?

Yes, if the offer has not deactivated. The cashback limit will be reset every month.

How to withdraw accumulated cashback?

You can withdraw accumulated cashback in the Pryvit loyalty program. Follow the link for more details.

Do I pay any taxes when I withdraw my cashback?

Yes, when you withdraw cashback to your card account you need to pay taxes (PIT and military levy).

What are the specifics of paying via NovaPay (Nova Poshta)?

Even if you pay for parcel transportation only, transactions made via NovaPay, terminals in the branches or the Nova Post application might not be made under the MCC that corresponds to courier delivery.

The transaction code depends on internal NovaPay settings. The bank cannot influence the codification of these payments.

Can I withdraw cashback after I unsubscribe?

Yes, you can withdraw your cashback in the Pryvit program.
