How to use offers

You can activate benefits in Privat24. For this, open your profile, go to the Subscription section and click “Activate benefits - Silpo”. And in the Silpo app, go to your Vlasnyi Rakhunok (Personal Account) (or create it). Warning: phone numbers registered in PrivatBank and Silpo must match.

Croissant and coffee

  1. Visit any of Silpo supermarkets with its own-made bakery and a coffee point, and get coffee and the almond croissant.
  2. Scan the QR code with the Silpo app at the checkout or a self-service checkout machine, pay with a PrivatBank card, and the discount will be applied automatically. You will see it in your receipt after payment. The price will be only 1 UAH for each (coffee and croissant).

Discount for purchases

  1. Choose products (online or offline).
  2. Before paying, scan the QR code with the Silpo app at the checkout. When ordering online, indicate the phone number associated with your Vlasnyi Rakhunok.
  3. Pay with a PrivatBank card. Your personal discount will be applied automatically.

The discount does not apply to promotional items, gift certificates, alcohol, tobacco products and accessories; as well as to LOKO delivery, Nova Poshta delivery and online orders paid with a card directly to the courier at receipt.

Warning: the offer is renewed with a subscription. Unused offers do not roll over to the next month.

What is Vlasnyi Rakhunok (Personal Account) (hereinafter referred to as VR)?

This is a program that is a set of Rules, accepting which an individual (subject of personal data) becomes a Program Participant. For details, see link

What is a Special Offer (hereinafter referred to as SO)?

These are special and / or promotional offers of the program, fulfilling the terms of which, the Program Participant has the opportunity to receive, including, but not limited to, additional rewards for their purchases and/or services. For details, see link.

Who can use the Special Offers provided by the subscription?

The SO can be used by a customer who has connected a paid PrivatBank subscription and activated the Silpo benefit via financial phone number. Please note: if several phone numbers are connected to the Vlasnyi Rakhunok (5 numbers maximum), then each Participant of this Account will have access to the SO.

What are the additional monthly bonuses provided by the subscription?

  • 1 coffee for 1 UAH.
  • 1 croissant with almond cream for 1 UAH.
  • 5% discount for purchases at Silpo (200 UAH / month maximum)

What kind of croissant can I buy with the subscription?

You can buy the croissant with almond cream (1 piece per month) for 1 UAH. The offer is available only if purchased at Silpo supermarkets.

What kind of coffee can I buy with the subscription?

You can buy any coffee (1/month) from a machine or at the coffee point (except Feeltrd. For details – see link. The offer is available only if coffee is purchased at Silpo supermarkets.

What discount is available for online orders?

5% discount for online orders on the silpo.ua website or in the app with the Silpo delivery or pickup, plus orders and purchases at Silpo supermarkets. The maximum discount is 200 UAH / month.

Exceptions where the discount does not apply

The offer does not apply to promotional items, gift certificates, or tobacco products and accessories. The offer does not apply to LOKO delivery or to card payments made directly to the courier upon receipt of an online order.

If I have different discount offers from Silpo and PrivatBank, which one will be applied?

If you have active discounts from both Silpo’s Plyukhs subscription and a subscription from PrivatBank, the largest will be applied.

Will the discounted price or the total discount be displayed before payment?

No, the discount for items and the special price for the coffee and croissant will be displayed on your receipt only after the payment.

What is the case when a special offer might not be applied?

A discount cannot exceed the total amount in your receipt, as the final payable total cannot be negative.

For example: You want to use the offer to buy a coffee for 1 UAH. If you redeem your bonus points first, the remaining price of your coffee will reduce, and the system technically will not be able to apply the offer. Instead, a 5% discount will apply (if available at payment), as it corresponds to this rule.

The SO might not be applied when paying via the Silpo mobile app if the payment card was added more than a year ago. Please delete the card from the app and add it again. You can also pay for your purchase without restrictions via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or just with a standard plastic card.

What are the conditions for using the subscription benefit?

The Silpo benefit must be successfully activated at least once during the validity period of the paid subscription. You should pay for Special Offers with a PrivatBank card.

What is the validity period of the Special Offer?

Your SOs will be valid until the end of the paid subscription period. If you have deactivated the Silpo benefit, you still will have your SOs available in the Silpo app until the end of the paid subscription period.

When are Special Offers renewed?

Special offers are renewed every month if you pay for the subscription.

How to get new promotions?

New promotions are added automatically. To receive notifications from the app about new offers, check your internet connection and pull the main screen down to refresh. If you do not find new promotions, please restart the Silpo app.

Can I buy coffee and a croissant with one receipt?

Yes, you can. Just scan the QR code with the Silpo app and pay at the checkout.

Can I buy coffee, a croissant and get a 5% discount with one receipt?

Yes, you can. Just scan the QR code with the Silpo app and pay at the checkout. The discount is applied to products in the receipt, except for the coffee and / or the croissant, which are available by subscription.

How to use the Special Offer in Silpo supermarket?

You can use them at the checkout. Find a product that meets the conditions for receiving the reward, scan the QR code at the checkout, which is hidden at the bottom of the screen under the large orange button. The benefit from the personal offer will be applied automatically. When used, your personal offer will disappear from the list.

How to use the Special Offer online?

When placing an order, you should specify the phone number connected to your Vlasnyi Rakhunok card. Benefit from the personal offer will be applied automatically. When used, the personal offer will disappear from the list.

What to do if I cannot scan the QR code at the checkout?

Go to the Menu – Support section in the Silpo app and choose a convenient way to contact. To check why you have such an issue, please indicate the phone number associated with the Silpo mobile app and the receipt number for which the QR code has not worked.

Can I use the offer if coffee or croissants are sold out?

No, the special offer applies only if the items are available in the supermarket. If the coffee or almond croissants are sold out, the promotional offer cannot be used and the products cannot be substituted by any other. The promotion applies across the entire chain, so we suggest visiting another Silpo supermarket.
