Frequently Asked Questions

What is a bonus?

The bonus is a conditional unit of the reward that a program participant receives for fulfilling the terms of the WOG PRIDE program. Valid for regular customers of WOG gas stations. Program participation has an unlimited validity term and can be terminated in the case of no PRIDE transactions for 6 months. The program rules are available at: link.

How are bonuses accrued?

Bonuses are available for use within one day since accrued. Bonuses remain in the account for 6 months since their accrual. If a participant, for any reason, has not used the bonuses within this period, they are automatically annulled.

Who can register for the PRIDE loyalty program?

You can become a participant of the PRIDE loyalty program if you’re aged 18. One WOG PRIDE card can be registered per 1 mobile phone number.

What extra bonuses can you get with a subscription?

You have available extra bonuses when paying with a PrivatBank card at WOG gas stations:

  • - 3 UAH / l for Mustang fuel;
  • - 2 UAH / l for Euro-5 fuel;
  • - 1 UAH / l for gas.

Extra bonuses will be combined with your personal bonuses of the WOG PRIDE.

For example: 1 UAH / l personal WOG PRIDE bonus + 3 UAH / l the subscription bonus = maximum benefit of 4 UAH / l bonus.

Personal bonuses may be changed, so the total amount of the maximum benefit will change as well.

What are the terms for applying the subscription benefit?

For the offer to apply, you should have an active WOG PRIDE card (account), registration with your financial phone number (to receive maximum benefits), active WOG privilege, and payments with a PrivatBank card.

When is the limit for purchase liters with bonuses reset?

The date of resetting your limit for purchase liters in bonuses is displayed next to the liter counter. Unused liters from the previous month expire and do not roll over to the next month.

How to shift bonuses from one phone number to the other connected to the subscription?

To get the maximum benefit, you can shift your bonuses and wallet balance to the phone number connected to the subscription with the WOG hotline operator (call Customer Support Center at 0 800 300 525) or contact the Telegram chatbot. Upon confirmation, the previous WOG PRIDE card ceases to be valid; the active card will be the one to which the bonuses shift.
