1. Activate the subscription.
On the PrivatBank homepage or in Privat24.

2. Ask for help.
- For online consultations: “Subscription management” menu – Assistance chatbot.
- To call an ambulance or a concierge dial (044) 498 03 06.

3. Tell the operator
- Your insurance certificate number (available in Privat24).
- Last and first name.
- What has happened and what kind of assistance you need.
- Contact phone number.

What are coverage limits for medical services?

UAH 10,000 a year for each insured person payment for medical services, including telemedical consultations.

All insured customers that use Shared Pro subscription have the total annual limit of UAH 30,000 - payment for medical services, including telemedical consultations. If the number of customers using one Shared Pro subscription has changed,, the insurance coverage limit remains the same.

What is the limit for telemedical consultations?

5 online consultations per month for an insured customer using the Privat Pro subscription, or 5 online consultations for all insured customers using one Shared Pro. If the number of customers using the Shared PRO subscription has changed, the limit remains the same.

Where to find available limits?

Information about available limits for medical services and online consultations is provided directly by the insurance company in case of service request.

What if the available consultations/limits run out?

If the limit for consultation runs out within one month, then consultations cannot be organized for the rest of this month. But the following month, the customer will again have 5 online consultations available.

If the limit for medical services and consultations runs out during the year, then insurance coverage will be suspended until the year-end. The customer will be informed by the insurance company that the limit has run out and medical service / consultations cannot be provided.

How is the insurance paid?

The insurance is paid out by an insurance company to a medical facility in the amount of the cost for provided services, including online consultations. The available insurance coverage limit is reduced by the amount of the provided services. Medical services / online consultations are provided only in case of available limit for these services.

What is the territory for the insurance contract?

The insurance contract is effective in the territory of Ukraine, except for:

  • Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol, settlements of Luhansk and Donetsk region where state authorities temporarily do not exercise or partially exercise their powers;
  • Territories (settlements) located on the frontline with the lasted (lasting) hostilities ,or surrounded (blocked) territories;
  • territories temporarily occupied by russian federation;
  • territories with officially declared emergency state;
  • territories recognized as exclusion zones after the Chornobyl accident at the nuclear power plant.

What are exceptions to insurance events?

Exceptions to insurance events and grounds for insurance payment refusal are drawn up in the insurance certificate.

What medicines are covered by insurance payment?

The insurance covers medicines used during the emergency. Subsequent prescriptions which the doctor administers for home treatment are bought by the customer.
