How to check balance on the Corporate card?

You can easily check the card balance in any of the following ways:

  • send SMS* to 10060. The SMS text: XXXX where “XXXX” are the last 4 digits of your card number;
  • at an ATM or a self-service terminal;
  • in Privat24;
  • call 3700

* The SMS cost is charged pursuant to the rates of your mobile operator.

How to activate the Corporate card?

For the security purposes, the Corporate card you receive is not activated. Before you start using the card, change its PIN code at an ATM or in Privat24 services).

How to top up Corporate cards?

Top up Corporate Cards in any convenient way 24/7:

  • via Privat24 / Privat24 for Business;
  • in cash at any bank cash desk;
  • via self-service terminals of any bank.

What operations are available for the currency Corporate card?

  • Withdraw cash abroad to pay for business trips.
  • Pay cashless abroad for representation and operating expenses related to maintenance and stay of air, sea and auto vehicles outside Ukraine.

How to receive a plastic Corporate card?

You can receive the plastic Corporate card at any branch and add it to the open account in Privat24 for Business.

How to issue a Digital Corporate Card linked to an account?

To open a Digital Corporate Card linked to your account, go to ‘Privat24 for Business’ and select the ‘Business Cards’ menu.

What transaction limits apply to Corporate Cards?

The following transaction limits are set for business cards:

  • Cash withdrawals abroad from all UAH accounts — UAH 140,000 per calendar month;
  • Cash withdrawals abroad from foreign currency accounts — UAH 200,000 equivalent per day;
  • Cash withdrawals in Ukraine — UAH 200,000 per day per sole proprietor or legal entity.

Transaction amounts cannot exceed the limits set under NBU Resolution No. 18 of February 24, 2022, applicable directly to business clients (regardless of the number of accounts or payment instruments).

Which card limits can be changed?

The card limits can be changed both for one operational day and permanently. The basic limits can be changed only by the customer or, within the functional scope,  by an authorized person of the customer legal entity (resident) in the Internet bank.

How to Block/Unblock a Corporate Card?

If you've lost your card or noticed suspicious activity, you can immediately block (or unblock) it in any convenient way:

  • Online via the ‘Privat24 for Business’ / Privat24 app or web version. The fastest way. Go to the management menu for the required card and select /Block / Unblock Card’
  • By contacting Support (blocking only). Call the 3700 hotline (toll-free from mobiles in Ukraine) or contact the ‘Help Online’ chat. The virtual assistant or an agent will help you do this in a minute.

Can I pay with the Corporate card on the Internet?

Yes, you can pay with the Corporate card. For this you should open the card for internet transactions in Privat24.
