  • Precise locations (addresses) of parking zones.
  • Current parking fees (per hour, day) and information about parking subscriptions.
  • Approximate average parking income per month.
  • Name of parking platform (PLC system) used (if available).
  • Description of equipment specifications (car park barriers, cameras, parking meters, etc.).

What documents are required for concluding the contract?

  • For customer identification: a standard document package for a legal entity or a private individual (current list is available at PrivatBank website in the “Business” section).
  • For the right of use: a lease agreement, a certificate of ownership or other document confirming legality of using the parking zone.
  • Permits: permits from local authorities for parking lot arrangement (if available).
