Who can take advantage?

This financial support program is for micro, small and medium businesses in the capital of Ukraine. Its goal is to help entrepreneurs work, develop and maintain workplaces.

Compensation can be paid to a business officially registered in Kyiv and conducting its actual economic activity for at least one year. At the same time, the manufacture or equipment can be located both in the capital and in the Kyiv region.

  • Business entities conducting their activities in accordance with the KVED-2010:
    • section C Manufacturing (excluding the activity types indicated in Annex 3);
    • section D Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply (excluding the activity types indicated in Annex 3).
  • Businesses founded by defenders of Ukraine and their family members (excluding the activity types indicated in Annex 3).
  • Borrowers conducting other core economic activity types, (excluding those indicated in Annex 3) who receive loans or credit lines for the purchase of independent electricity sources.

Program Terms

Interest rate Not more than UIRD (12 months) +9%
Loan amount Up to UAH 50 million
Loan term up to 6 years
Purpose Purchase and modernization of fixed assets for production purposes; implementation of energy saving projects; replenishment of working capital
Down payment Not less than 20% of the loan object value (excluding replenishment of working capital and/or financing of floating assets)
Amount of financial credit support Up to 99% of the interest amount (for the period of martial law + 90 days following the martial law) actually paid by the borrower for the reporting period at the expense of own funds.
