For 9 months of operation, PrivatBank reported a net profit of UAH 50.6 billion after a 25% income tax deduction. Business results, excluding revaluations, credit risk provisions, and taxes, reached UAH 62.6 billion, an increase of 15% compared to the same period in 2024. PrivatBank holds the leading position in the market in terms of profitability, generating over 43.5% of the banking sector's pre-tax profit. These results clearly demonstrate the resilience of the chosen business model, confident growth in operational efficiency, and the bank's stability despite external challenges.
The bank continues to actively support the Ukrainian economy through lending. Since the beginning of the year, the bank's net loan portfolio has grown by UAH 30 billion (+27%), reaching UAH 143 billion as of September 30, 2025. PrivatBank holds the first place in Ukraine by loan portfolio volume, covering almost 15% of the market. At the same time, the market share of individual loans is almost 35%.
High public trust in PrivatBank remains unchanged. Over 9 months of 2025, funds in individual client accounts increased by UAH 59 billion in equivalent (+13%), reaching UAH 505 billion. With a market share of 22.9%, PrivatBank is also a leader in terms of deposits for both legal entities and individuals.
The basis of the bank's successful financial results is stable and growing net interest (+19%) and commission (+5%) incomes compared to 9 months of 2024. This once again demonstrates the resilience and balance of PrivatBank's business model. According to the NBU, as of August 31, 2025, PrivatBank maintains the highest operational efficiency in the banking system. The cost-to-income ratio (CIR) is 24.07%, while the average for all banks is 41.77%.
PrivatBank continues to demonstrate high efficiency, adapting to market challenges and ensuring stable financial results for the State and clients.
In addition to high financial performance, PrivatBank continues to improve and enhance the accessibility of banking products and services for all clients. Since January 2025, PrivatBank has opened 40 updated, highly accessible branches in various parts of Ukraine. It has implemented a number of projects on financial literacy, accessibility, inclusion, and charity for the development of communities and the country as a whole, allocating UAH 156.8 million of its own funds to them.
