For PrivatBank, developing an inclusive environment is a strategic priority. As part of its Strategy for Barrier-Free Access and support for servicemen, veterans, servicewomen, and their families, the bank acted as a key partner in the creation of a new mobile rehabilitation module in Zinkiv. This is already the 11th such space in the national network and the 4th opened with PrivatBank's support: similar modules are already successfully operating in Obukhiv, Bohuslav, and Talne.
This project is part of developing the nationwide network, which is growing through the synergy of business, government, and the non-governmental sector. Its implementation was made possible through the combined efforts of participants in the "Business without Barriers" community — PrivatBank, Kernel, and Visa — with the active assistance of the Poltava Oblast Military Administration and the Zinkiv City Council.

We are systematically implementing comprehensive solutions, such as the 'Inclusive Service Unit,' 'Care Spaces for Veterans' in medical institutions, and scaling the network of mobile rehabilitation modules in communities. These initiatives are aimed at providing veterans, their families, and everyone who needs support with access to professional assistance directly in their communities. Our goal is to be a reliable partner for every Ukrainian on the path to recovery and full social integration, creating conditions where caring for people becomes an integral part of society's life," commented Dmytro Musiienko, Member of the Board of PrivatBank for Retail Business.
The 72 sq.m. module is a fully inclusive, high-tech space equipped with all necessary equipment. It functions as a hub where a multidisciplinary team (physical therapists, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other specialists) provides free services, including physical rehabilitation, psychological assistance, prosthetics support, legal assistance, and employment support.
"Human recovery begins with access to support where they live. Mobile rehabilitation modules create such opportunities and, at the same time, reinforce an important approach — to view physical and mental recovery as interconnected components of health. This holistic view of recovery is consistently formed by the 'How are you?' program, initiated by First Lady Olena Zelenska. Partnership allows us to implement this approach in specific projects and scale them, transforming shared values into real change," noted Oksana Zbitnieva, Head of the NGO "Barrier-Free" and head of the all-Ukrainian Mental Health Program "How are you?".
"The eleventh rehabilitation module — and again, a new space of hope. Today, Zinkiv joins our network of rehabilitation centers, which is gradually covering more and more cities in Ukraine. We are convinced: the closer quality rehabilitation is to a person, the faster they return to a full life. We thank the local community for their openness and our partners for their unwavering support of this important cause," said Bohdan Minenko, Co-founder of the Mindy Charitable Foundation.
"Today, one of our direct obligations is to ensure that no veteran returning from the front, and no civilian experiencing the consequences of war, remains alone with their pain. Psychological support and quality rehabilitation must be accessible regardless of how far a person lives from the regional center. That is why the opening of the rehabilitation module in Zinkiv is an important step towards bringing help closer, restoring dignity, strength, and a sense of safety to those who need it most. And at this moment, we are witnessing how the state policy of barrier-free access is becoming not just a concept, but real care on the ground. This initiative was implemented by the Mindy Charitable Foundation in partnership with the Mental Health Coordination Center of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the NGO "Barrier-Free" within the framework of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program "How are you?"—an initiative of First Lady Olena Zelenska, with the support of the Poltava Oblast Military Administration and the Zinkiv City Council.
