PrivatBank is launching massive changes in the market for banking services for entrepreneurs. The new tariff model for IEs (FOP in Ukrainian) effectively cancels the monthly subscription fee for active entrepreneurs and significantly reduces key commissions, making banking for micro-businesses simpler, fairer, and more accessible.

At the heart of the new strategy is the support of the entrepreneur as a driver of the economy. PrivatBank is abandoning the logic of fixed payments and is moving to a partnership model, where client activity becomes the bank's investment in their development. If an IE makes business card payments totaling 15,000 UAH or more per month, the account maintenance fee will be 0 UAH. This is not a promotional campaign, but a systemic solution that is being incorporated into the bank's long-term tariff policy.

In addition to the zero subscription fee, the bank completely cancels the commission for depositing cash revenue through self-service terminals. PrivatBank is also lowering tariffs for payments to other banks and foreign currency operations, reducing the financial burden on entrepreneurs working with suppliers and clients in Ukraine and abroad.

"Entrepreneurs and micro-businesses are the foundation of the economy. Our task as a bank is to reduce the financial burden on entrepreneurs and help them scale up. We are deliberately moving away from the approach where an entrepreneur pays monthly simply for the fact that an account exists. Business activity is the value for which the bank is ready to invest in the client," notes Yevhen Zaigraev, member of the Management Board of PrivatBank for Corporate Business and MSB (Micro, Small, and Medium Business).

In essence, this is a change in the philosophy of banking for IEs. PrivatBank demonstrates a transition from a model of earning on commissions to a model of growing together with the client—where the bank is interested in the business being active, scaling up, and increasing its turnover.
