PrivatBank announced the launch of the Inclusive Service — a new format for serving military personnel and veterans (male and female), which allows them to receive basic financial services directly during treatment or rehabilitation on the premises of medical facilities and in communities.

Mikael Bjorknert, Chairman of the Board of PrivatBank, announced this during the Veteran Reintegration Conference.

The new service will make access to basic financial services as simple and convenient as possible: specialists will visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, veteran spaces, and care spaces in communities to support clients during their treatment and recovery.

"Such services will be available in all regions where PrivatBank operates. We are truly proud to be the first bank to have such a service. After all, supporting veterans is more than social responsibility for us—it is part of the values of every individual employee. It is especially valuable that the veteran community, which well understands the needs and requests of defenders, participated in the training of specialists," said Mikael Bjorknert.

The bank emphasizes that this is not just a new service, but part of a broader role in supporting veterans. "We are becoming a partner for both the veteran and the state, increasing access to services exactly where veterans need it most," the chairman of the board noted.

As part of the outreach service, military personnel and veterans will be able to open accounts, receive or reissue cards, undergo identification, and update their data — essentially the entire basic set of daily banking operations. Before the launch of the service, over 140 employees underwent specialized training focused on trauma-sensitive communication, with the support of NGO "ReStart Human Capital Recovery Platform."
