development, with the maximization of dividends and increasing investment attractiveness – these are the strategic goals
of PrivatBank defined in the updated development strategy of the bank until 2024, approved by the government on August

“A primary goal, set by the shareholder, is for PrivatBank to remain the leading retail bank in Ukraine. Another key
component is the further development not only of our services and products for SME clients, but also helping the
development of a favorable environment for small and medium entrepreneurs in the country. These, together with the
introduction of a modern model of operational management, digitalization of processes, and strict compliance with risk
and regulatory requirements will ensure high quality services for our clients, maximum value for the shareholder,” said
the Head of the Supervisory Board of PrivatBank Sharon Easky.
PrivatBank's strategic goals in the retail market remain a comprehensive offer of modern services for a wide customer
base and increasing market share, based on the availability of physical and digital service channels. In the area of
servicing business clients and entrepreneurs, the bank will introduce a retail approach for most clients and a model of
personal manager service for key clients.
“A key aspect for the future success of PrivatBank, as noted in its strategy, is the focus on customer needs with a
priority on our customers’ experience. We will continue to be able to meet the needs of our customers and surprise them
with new products and innovations. Therefore, the main goals for us remain the development of technology and optimizing
the organizational structure which will be more nimble and efficient. I am confident that PrivatBank will be a
successful project and a good example of successful transformation and of increasing investment attractiveness,” said
the Chairperson of the Management Board of PrivatBank Gerhard Boesch.
