The Supervisory Board of PrivatBank approved the resignation of the Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board, Ihor Lebedynets, which at his request is effective immediately.

As was previously communicated, the Supervisory Board of JSC CB PrivatBank, conducted an internal assessment of the facts and circumstances related to the use of the Bank’s vehicle by Mr. Lebedynets during his vacation abroad, as reported by the media.

In conducting the assessment, the Supervisory Board of PrivatBank acted in accordance with the principles and norms of the Bank's Code of Corporate Governance and Code of Ethics, which emphasize all employees acting in the best interest of the bank, avoidance of real violations as well as avoidance of the appearance of violations both during the performance of duties and in everyday life, and always acting in the best interests of the bank.

We thank Mr. Lebedynets for his contribution to the bank over many years, including during the period of the war, and wish him well.
